Vic Vaccariello – Vice President
Has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture Technology from New York Institute of Technology, Teaneck, Old Westbury, NY. Vic is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and also holds his LEEP-AP registration from the U.S.G.B.C. For more than 25 years, he has worked on all phases of various construction types throughout the City of New York and Long Island. Prior to starting with On-Trac in 2010, Vic worked on various projects ranging from commercial interiors to major high-rise renovation projects such as 1095 Avenue of the Americas, 375 Pearl Street, and 330 Madison Avenue. Vic also worked as the program manager of the world Trade Center’s design build program where the Port Authority pre-built spaces for existing and future tenants. Vic also has vast experience in cost estimating and contract administration. Other certifications include OSHA 30 and scaffold users certificate.
Brian Chrzastek – Project Manager
Background in both Civil and Architectural Engineering, with Bachelors in both from the University of Miami, and Masters of Civil Engineering from Columbia University with 9 plus years of experience in the construction field. Since joining On-Trac in2005, Brian has been a project superintendent / project manager on Verizon jobs including Switchroom Expansions, Vault Replacements, Fios Retail Stores, Building Upgrades and office renovations. Project Manager/Superintendent for the United Nations Federal Credit Union office fit-outs, cafeteria renovation, disaster recovery site, and Madison Avenue Credit Union Branch. Additional projects include Port Authority Bus Terminal and Cake Boss Retail. Experience also includes procurement of bids, schedules, requisitions, change orders. Has completed the OSHA 30-hr Safety Certificate and the 7-hr Site-Safety Manager Course.
Luciano Alestra – Project Superintendent
With over 25 years in construction his experience includes a DC-9 painter/foreman, a coordinator of trades with an emphasis on efficiency and resourceful manner, interface between architects, engineers, and trades, development of RFI’s from field conditions, and daily reporting. He was the project superintendent on TCC Group office renovation, 31 W. 27th Street Lobby Renovation, Verizon FiOS store at Triangle Junction, and 210 W. 18th Street LL#26 upgrades. He has completed the OSHA 10-hr Safety Course as well as an OSHA 30-hr site safety certificate.
David Sapienza – Project Executive
Pace University graduate and with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, David is known for his project leadership and management of client relationships. Quite knowledgeable in NYC DOB requirements and protocal, David's goals as a Project Engineer are to produce quality work, from job commencement to final completion. Managing and compiling site safety meetings, project budgets and accounting, are just some of his daily tasks when assuring proper project performance. David has worked on various construction projects such as renovations for Durst Broadcasting at 1 WTC and on the new Five & Dime NYC located at 8 Park Place. Some of David's credentials also include Site Superintendent Certification from the NYC DOB and OSHA Safety certification. His experiences also include bid procurement, scheduling and cost estimating.
John Buchek – Project Superintendent
Over the past 30 years, John's main goals as a Project Superintendent, was to insure client satisfaction by maintaining job schedules in a comfortable environment. Due to John's positive work habits, he has held a favorable reputation with building managers and engineers, making sure he treats each project with the same intensity, no matter how big or small. As a graduate from the NYC District Council of Carpenters College, John immidiately became a Union Carpenter eventually pursuing a career as a successful poject super. Some of his experiences involve multiple project maintenance, scheduling, coordinating and building strong client relations.
